Filling
- 5 1/2 C cored, peeled and diced apples
- 1 Tb lime juice
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 3 Tb flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp molases
Topping
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/3 C butter
Gently mix filling and spread into buttered pan.
Quickly combine and crumble topping mixture with your fingers, crumble on top of filling.
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes
